Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key in a lockbox or share a gate code in the booking notes. Your cleaners text when they arrive and when they leave.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything: vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths and products. If you prefer a specific product, leave it out and mention it in the notes.
What if my landlord isn't happy after a move-out clean?
